Oceanview Studio
The Oceanview Studio is one room with a partial view of the ocean, a queen size bed and a private terrace. Some studios also offer a full size sofa bed.
Oceanfront Stateroom
The Oceanfront Stateroom is one room with a private oceanfront terrace, an unobstructed view of the ocean, a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed with a privacy curtain between the two areas.

Suites
Suite accommodations at Gurney's are available in one- and two-bedroom formats with Italian-tiled bathrooms and zoned heat and air conditioning for the ultimate in guest comfort.
Oceanview Junior Suite
The Oceanview Junior Suite is one room with two sections. It has a partial view of the ocean, a king size bed in the sleeping area, a queen size sofa bed in the living area and 2 Flat Panel TVs. Some Junior Suites also have terraces.
2-Bedroom Oceanfront Suites
The 2-bedroom suite has a large double terrace with a full, unobstructed view of the ocean. Each bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 bathrooms, a living room area with a queen size sofa bed, a mini kitchen with breakfast area and 3 Flat Panel TVs. These suites have limited availability. Cottages
Our romantic cottages are private, custom-designed retreats with beamed ceilings, sunken living rooms and unparalleled ocean views. One, two and three bedroom cottages also feature a kitchen, fireplace, and terrace. Cottages have limited availability. Please call for more information.

Reservation Policy
All rates are subject to an 18% service charge and applicable sales and local taxes.
Our Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of one night or 25% of the reservation total (whichever is greater) is required to confirm the reservation. All rates are subject to an 18% service charge and applicable sales and local taxes. Rates include the Modified American Plan (A $26 per person Dinner Credit each night and a $15 per person Breakfast Credit each morning) plus use of the general facilities of the Health Spa and Fitness Center. Extra person charges will apply over the listed number of persons. Our minimum stay policy requires: 2 nights on weekends in the pre, post and off-seasons, 3 nights on Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends, 2 nights for all days in June and 3 nights for all days in July and August.
Cancellation Policy
To obtain a refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.A $20 Processing Fee applies. A cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeit of deposit.
