Interval Owner Advisory
Recently several interval owners received calls from companies purporting to have buyers for their units. These companies asked for a fee in order to complete the transaction. They claim the fee will be returned upon completion of the deal. The company names were AMERICAN MARKETING GROUP and VACATION TRADERS.
We are always skeptical about companies that ask for money up front to handle timeshare listings and sales. We are advising our owners to be extremely careful if they are contacted by these or other groups in this field and to please notify management if you have any further questions or concerns in this regard.
